we will discuss about the details of admission form for Agriculture and allied
discipline. The different discipline mainly comprise of B.Sc. (Agriculture),
B. Tech (Food Technology), B. Tech (Agri
Engineering), B.Sc. (Home Science), B. Tech (Biotechnology), B.Sc.
(Horticulture) and others. The dates to fill the duly Agri Application
forms are extended from 23 Dec. 2020 to 31st Dec. 2020.

Steps to Understand the Process:
1.
The link for Portal:
Friends as we know the main portal for Agri and Allied field admission is http://cetcell.mahacet.org/. But here in that portal one problem may persist that applicant not aware about the link of Agriculture Admission. Even some might opt for B.E. or B. Tech options in Under Graduate Courses for Food Technology as displayed on portal which is not correct path.
2.
Candidate Registration: Log on the Agriculture Option and in which following
things are mandatory.

After
Submission success message is displayed on screen. Then you will change the ID
and Password

Students Profile: There are various 06 Head aspects present in the
student portal. They are Create Agriculture Profile, View and apply, College Preferences,
Exam Fees, Agri Dashboard and Agri Candidate Grievance. Here students have to
move on sequentially from one to other Head.
4.
Way to Upload Attachment or Documents: Here, one has ensured that the weightage must be accurate.
It is shown on the student profile portfolio.
Here keep in mind one things following things are not
compulsory:

2)
Aadhar
card
The documents
need to be uploaded with Academic Profile are
1)
SSC
mark sheet along with correct Exam seat Number and Percentage.
2)
HSC
mark sheet, TC or LC along with Exam seat number, Marks for Individual subject
like PCM and / PCB and Percentage.
3)
Domicile
certificate duly signed by Tahsildar or Nayab Tahsildar.
4)
Caste
Certificate, Validity and Creamy Layer
needed as per the requirement. Keep in mind they should neatly scanned one.
5)
MHTCET,
NEET or JEE percentile sheet.

Appendix Attachment: There are two appendix for Habit of Cleanliness and
Self Declaration (Appendix ‘E’).
6.
FC Centre: You got instant message when FC centre holds your application
form. The major reason to hold the form is unclear image, No Domicile and
Leaving Certificate, Marks of HSC are wrongly written, Here you may rectify the
things and again upload the documents they if still it is on ‘Hold’ you also
have Grievance period to rectify the same.
7.
Form Got Rejected
1)
Scan
copy of Domicile certificate issued by competent authority or school or college
leaving certificate containing place of birth or birth certificate issued by
the competent authority is not uploaded.
2)
If
scan copy of Mark Sheet / Grade card of
the qualifying exam as well as Mark Sheet of CET exam is not uploaded.
3)
If
Passport photo and signature not uploaded on website.
4)
If
the candidate has secured admission for degree elsewhere then Bonafide
certificated must need to be verified.
5)
Date
of Birth variance on Original Documents.
6)
Self
Declaration is not attached. If variance Date of Birth on T.C. should be
considered.
7)
If
original documents not uploaded.
8)
Other
documents like Domicile, EWS in original
scan format required.
8.
Again
Upload the form: Here, you have to upload the form once again after correction
9.
Grievances if any: There is time for the candidate to do the required
necessity formalities.
There is special mention regarding Grievances on
Student Manual, so consider this and time is available
1)
Kindly
attach clear and readable recent 7/12 in the name of Parents or Grand Parents
which is issued by last 03 months.
2)
For
Agriculturist certificated should be Tahsildar or Nayab Tahsildar. In case of
Fisheries certificate issued by Assistant Commissioner of Fisheries.

Date
of Birth
4)
Claim
of Percentage i.e. instead of 12 if one claims 20 percentile.
10. Further Process and Preference Code: Here
candidate has to give the preference code with concern to the particular requirement
and submit after paying the necessary fees on portal. Then he or she has to wait for the
Provisional Merit List. If still have any problem with the forms then sort our
the issue in Grievance period and will be considered in further round.
